Olerai Cabin is a private self catering cottage in its own garden, perfect for a family or group of friends. Refurbished in 2013, it is located in the private 300-acre Olerai Sanctuary, on the northern shores of Lake Naivasha, in the Great Rift Valley. It is a colorful and cosy private house, sitting under the canopy of towering acacia trees, with emerald green lawns that stretch down to the lake shore. The wildlife sanctuary is teaming with gazelle, giraffe, waterbuck, colobus monkeys and impala and over 150 species of bird. At night you can see as many as 20 hippos grazing on the lake shore. It combines nature, adventure and relaxation. It makes for a perfect getaway for a family or group of friends.
Olerai Cabin has two bedrooms, one double and one twin (an extra bed can be added for a child under 16) with a shared bathroom, dining and sitting room area, kitchen, and verandah. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, cutlery and crockery. The house has a lovely verandah with an external table and chairs, two garden sun beds and a barbeque grill.
